There will be a planning session on Tuesday, December 28th at the Laramie County Library starting at 5:15PM. The meeting will take place on the 3rd floor in the Wildflower Room. The meeting will start at 5:15PM but please come any time that you are available. I plan to be there between 5:00pm to 6:30pm. We will be discussing the event agenda and day-of volunteer activities. The After Hours Club could use your help with the final planning and also your help with the event on January 7th so please stop by! This meeting is really important and we need your help.
