This year's sale, held at the Wyoming Hereford Ranch on Friday, August 13th, grossed $175,850 according to Ag Committee Chairperson Brenda Birkle.  This beat the prior record from the 2020 sale.  Also, two new records were established.  The Champion Market Goat was sold for $5,250 and the Champion Market Pen of Chickens sold for $5,500.
 
 
The highest price paid for an animal (among the cattle, sheep, hogs, and birds) was $9,000, for the Grand Champion steer. Kiwanis investment group shareholders bought a lamb.
