The 56th Kiwanis FFA Livestock Sale of Champions, held on Friday, August 7, 2020, produced a new sale record for a single animal. Spradley Barr Motors paid $16,500 for the Grand Champion Steer offered by Timothy Love. In addition, the sale as a whole set a new record, garnering more than $166,000 for the kids!More details to follow on the rest of the sale.
The previous overall sale record was $16,000 paid at last year's sale for the Champion Lamb. The previous record total was $144,000, set just last year.
