The Club has committed to provide a pancake breakfast for this premier event in Fort Collins on Saturday, July 14. This is a fundraiser for our Club, and can be a really nice day out for your family as well (see details in last two paragraphs of this article). Help will be needed as follows. Friday, June 13. Loadout, equipment transport and site setup.
Loadout: 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Need 6 to 8 helpers
Equipment Transportation: 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Need 6x helpers.
Site setup: 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Need 6 to 8 helpers.
Saturday, July 14. Prep, event, teardown, equipment transport and stow equipment and remaining supplies in Treber Building. As of noon, July 5, Tom still needed batter droppers, flippers and servers.

The Club will be serving a pancake breakfast to about 1200 attendees at the Walker Family Reunion in Fort Collins. What's the Walker Family Reunion? It's an annual event for employees and families of the Walker Mower Manufacturing Company. And they really know how to throw a party. Check out their website at https://www.walker.com/reunion/ for details. I guarantee you will be blown away.
All Kiwanis volunteers will be able to enjoy attendance at the event for free. Members of their families will be able to attend also, at a 20 percent discount from regular prices. Regular ticket prices are $42 for adults (18+), $32 youth (12 - 17), and $22 young children (5 - 11). Kids under 5 years old are admitted at no charge.
How to get there: The event will be at the Walker Manufacturing headquarters, 5925 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins, CO 80528. From Cheyenne, go south on I-25 to the Harmony Road exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left (east) and drive for just a little more than a mile On Harmony. The event venue will be on your right (south side of the road).
